Our practice is led by a team of Doctors of Physical Therapy who specialize in supporting female athletes through advanced sports medicine, helping them safely return to their sports. We also focus on sports physical therapy, ACL rehabilitation, and pelvic health therapy. KINISI provides both group and individual training sessions designed to enhance performance, improve conditioning, and prevent injuries for athletes of all ages. Conveniently located in Littleton, we proudly serve athletes from Westford, Chelmsford, Acton, Groton, Dracut, Concord, and surrounding areas.
